Salmamail is run by a small team, and one address reaches all of it. Write to [email protected] — we typically reply within 48 hours.
What to contact us about
- Support. Something is not working the way this site describes. Please check the FAQ first — it answers most questions.
- Abuse reports. If a Salmamail mailbox is being used for spam or other misuse, send us the mailbox address and rough dates. Every report is reviewed, and misuse can lead to suspension.
- Privacy requests. Questions about stored data, or help deleting a mailbox you can no longer open.
- Everything else. Feedback, ideas, and business inquiries are welcome too.
Salmamail will never ask for your password, verification codes, or recovery details by email. If a message claiming to be from Salmamail asks for any of those, it is phishing — ignore it and let us know.
